Our rates vary from event to event, because we can set up for your small dinner party, your dance party at the bowling alley, your outside wedding or quiet reception. Basically, our event rates go something like this:

Five hour event (including setup and loadout): $499 - $799
Additional hours - $99/hour

Children's events (birthday parties, festivals, school dances): $200 - $499

We offer special rates to non-profits and not-for-profits who are fundraising to do the good work they do in the world - ask about this! We want to help!

Our rates include an initial consultation, agreement on rate, and planning our place in the event. We asked for a signed contract, and half of the agreed-on rate as a deposit, with the remaining balance due the day of the event.

Cancellation fee: the deposit.
